If wholesales in August books 48,107 units so Indonesia cars sales in this month only reach 37,206 units or decrease 23%. Meanwhile retailsales in September reached 36,529 units while August sales booked 49,079 units (decrease 26%).

Toyota Cars Sales dominates Indonesia Auto Market
Indonesia Cars Sales continues to increase, even in month of August the sales is increase 15% from July sales. Cars sales in August reached 48,180 units while July sales only booked 41,910 units. In period January to August 2009, totally Indonesia cars sales in achieved 300,337 units while 430,000 units targeting by GAIKINDO (Indonesian Automotive Association) sell in year 2009.

Indonesia Cars Sales in July 09 is highest in year 2009 and increase 6% from June sales. Cars sales in July ‘09 have book 41,909 units while June sales only booked 39,568 units. Totally Indonesia cars sales in 2009 was 252,154 units, decreased -29% from 353,465 units in same period last year (January to July 2008). Read more…
